Jim Wrotenbery Gets support from Tejano Democrats and Mexican-American Bar Association (spanish & english)

Jim Wrotenbery, Democratic candidate for the Harris County 125th Civil District Court, has built a strong base of support heading into the March 4th Democratic Primary, including the Association of Women Attorneys, the Mexican American Bar Association, Tejano Democrats, Harris County Democrats, Houston City Controller Annise Parker, Houston City Council Member Peter Brown and former Houston City Council Member Gordon Quan.

Wrotenbery believes it is time for a change on the 125th Civil District Court. “Jim Wrotenbery has the qualifications, experience and reputation to be an outstanding judge for all” said Frumencio Reyes, Prominent Attorney and Legal Advisor of the Harris County Tejano Democrats. “25 years of successfully practicing law in Texas have given Jim the experience, knowledge and wisdom to serve the people of Harris County. Jim Wrotenbery has the integrity and sense of fairness we need on the bench.”

Jim Wrotenbery has a quarter century of experience trying cases in state and federal courts throughout Texas. Wrotenbery has the highest rating possible from his peers for ethics and excellence, and in 1995 was named Fellow of the State Bar of Texas. Wrotenbery is also a certified Arbitrator and Mediator.

Wrotenbery’s community activities include volunteer work for The Beacon, serving Houston’s homeless and Habitat for Humanity. He is also active in Mission and Outreach programs at Christ Church Cathedral.

Jim Wrotenbery is a lifelong Texan, an honors graduate of Rice University and earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. Jim Wrotenbery, Candidato demócrata para el condado de Harris de la corte del distrito civil numero 125, cuenta con un gran apoyo en las próximas elecciones primarias del 4 de Marzo. Entre los que lo apoyan esta la Asociación de Mujeres Abogadas, La asociación México-Americana Bar, Demócratas Tejanos, Demócratas del Condado de Harris, la directora de la ciudad de Houston Annise Parker, cónsul de la ciudad de Houston Peter Brown y antiguo miembro del cónsul de la ciudad de Houston Gordon Quan.
