HOUSTON, TX JULY 19, 2011: The Republican Hispanic Citizens In Action (RHCIA) will host Paul and Michael Kubosh at their August monthly meeting. This will be the first time both brothers speak publicly in detail about the political and legal implications of Judge Hughes’s ruling as well as the future of the citizens’ referendum. The public will hear an in depth explanation of the tactical moves Mayor Parker has made to punt this issue out of the electorate and into the courts. According to traffic tickets attorney Paul Kubosh, “This issue goes far beyond red lights.”
