LIGHT-RAIL PROJECT STATUS TO BE FOCUS OF PARTNERSHIP’S STATE OF METRO EVENT


The Greater Houston Partnership will host its annual State of METRO Luncheon with Chairman David Wolff on Thursday, November 5th, at the Hilton Post Oak.

In 2009, METRO celebrated the groundbreaking of the North and Southeast Corridor light-rail projects. Chairman Wolff will present the current status of corridor development and the challenges METRO faces locally and politically. This is an opportunity for Houston’s business community to learn about the organization’s efforts to improve mobility in the region.
