Hart’s Sandrine Dixson-Declève Chairs Key Session at World Biofuels Markets 2009

HOUSTON, TX (March 16, 2009) – Sandrine Dixson-Declève, executive director, Europe & Africa for Hart Energy Consulting will moderate the Keynote Plenary Session “Global Leaders – Towards the Sustainable Bio Future” on March 17, the first day of the World Biofuels Markets Congress 2009.

As moderator, Dixson-Declève, will bring her world renowned international expertise to direct the discussions of a panel of leaders in the global biofuels industry that includes activist Sir Bob Geldof; Lord Browne, director of Riverstone Holdings and former CEO of BP; Minister Andrea Correa do Lago, Department of Energy, Ministry of Foreign Relations, Brazil; Dr. Hermann Scheer, president of the International Forum on Renewable Energies and Member of Parliament for Germany; and Dr. Zoran Stančič, deputy director general of Directorate-General Research for the European Commission.
