Gwendolyn Hood has more than 20 years of experience in the event planning business worldwide and is the co-owner of Taylor and Louise, with her mother Sandra McIntosh, a Houston firm that specializes in all things events. She has worked on events in the social, corporate and life experience realms, deftly managing attendance numbers from 12 to more than 1,000. Although she has conducted business in Houston for the past two decades, Gwendolyn also has global professional events experience and has honed her craft abroad in Brazil, Italy and Singapore. Through her travels, Gwendolyn has drawn inspiration from the cultures she has experienced, which helps fuel the creative process behind each event she plans. Driven by a love of fashion and a passion for anything related to events, Gwendolyn strives to hone her craft on each project she oversees. Whether she’s planning a conference for hundreds, or putting together the perfect intimate wedding for 20, Gwendolyn takes something unique away from each experience. She holds a BS in Business Management and is currently located in Houston.
