The Barrett Station Council will host a Community Fiesta and Business Mixer on Thursday, April 29, 2010. It will take place at Barrett Station Community Center located at 808 ½ Magnolia Ave, at 5 o’clock in the evening.
The event will provide the community and local business leaders a chance to establish an open dialogue and meet & greet one another.
“Businesses play a vital role in every local society; they offer a vast array of products, goods, and services that keeps this community moving,” said BSC Founder, Terence Narcisse.
“In order for us to better serve the citizens of this area, it is imperative that the community knows the types of businesses and services that are here and who owns them, but also to support them as well,” he said.
The theme of the mixer is “Mexican Fiesta.” Attendees will enjoy an evening of Hispanic cuisine, networking, door prizes, and delightful music.
The evening will include exhibits from local businesses: Abletek, Skills4Living, Remington College and Ardyss International of Houston, TX ; Max Bowl East, Premiere Jewelry, Organo Gold, and T-Mobile of Baytown, TX; Crosby/ Huffman Chamber of Commerce, 2 Fun 2 Forget Moonwalks, Keller-Williams Realty-North East, 3D Beauty Supply & Salon, Crosby Chiropractic, Notary Services by Helen, Mary Kay by Brandy, StoreHouse Outreach, Scentsy, Edward Jones-Crosby, Balance Chiropractic Center, City of Refuge Education-Development Corporation, Elegant Affairs & Catering, Bellard’s House Leveling & Home Improvement, LLC, all of Crosby, TX; and many more.
