African-American Woman-Owned Firm Teams with Hispanic-Owned Technology Firm to Fill Jobs Created by Zoyto in North Houston

LaneStaffing, Inc. announced today that it has won the bid to become the prime staffing firm for Zoyto Inc., a rapidly expanding, global business solutions provider of adaptive distribution, fulfillment, customer care/call center services, software development and web-based services. LaneStaffing formed a strategic alliance with Precision Task Group, an ISO 9001:2008 accredited information and technology services firm to earn the contract. The three companies are headquartered in Houston.

The new, results-based alliance, with LaneStaffing serving as the lead, will support Zoyto by providing a comprehensive solution that creates human capital management enhancements using ISO 9001:2008 accredited processes to ensure consistent quality and targeted results.

Among the services LaneStaffing will support Zoyto with are: providing staff for the call center, customer support, production, light assembly, warehouse shipping and receiving departments. LaneStaffing will also support employment verification and screenings, skills matching, time and attendance tracking, flexible staffing and call off management.

“Teaming with LaneStaffing will enable us to achieve the cost reductions we have identified while quickly and competitively meeting our contingent staffing needs without risking our high quality standards,” said Zoyto Vice President of Operations, James Morris. “LaneStaffing works closely with us to implement creative operational cost savings strategies and models. We are also very impressed with LaneStaffing’s customer service record and are equally excited about their plans to assist in our efforts to continuously improve our client relationships.”

“Zoyto is a rapidly growing company, with stellar management and we’re delighted to be part of the team,” said LaneStaffing CEO Carla Lane. “The partnership is the first of its kind for us and will provide the opportunity for us to demonstrate our full range of employment and business development offerings. Zoyto is known for delivering ‘the perfect order’ to any destination in the world for less cost and less management. LaneStaffing will provide the support to ensure this occurs on a daily basis.”
