Energy-efficient model cities, savvy PowerPoints highlight event organized by HCDE’s Cooperative for After-School Enrichment
What: Energy City of the Future 2050 provides competitive action featuring 27 teams of middle and high school students. Teens try to convince judges that their green city is the best. The scale model cities are fueled with at least three types of energy; and plans are also highlighted in savvy PowerPoint presentations.
When: Friday, May 17, media opportunity during competition rounds held from 10-11:45 a.m. or 12:30-2 p.m.
