South Asian Chamber of Commerce 16th Anniversary Gala

The Board of Directors for the South Asian Chamber of Commerce (SACC) invites you to it’s 16th Anniversary Gala titled The Art of Business, Media & Politics on Thursday, October 29, 2009 at 6 pm at the Westin Oaks Galleria Consort Ballroom, 5011 Westheimer Road, Houston, Texas.

The SACC Gala has an eminent history of hosting prominent guests and honorees. This year, our chief guest will be a familiar face, CNN’s Senior Business Correspondent, Ali Velshi. Velshi is also a Author of Gimme My Money Back: Your Guide to Beating the Financial Crisis.

Founded in 1993, the South Asian Chamber of Commerce (SACC) is a non-profit organization representing seven members South Asian nations which include Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The mission of the Chamber is to provide leadership that helps create regional economic prosperity and success for its members. It supports business relationship between South Asian entrepreneurs and professionals with the broader Houston community and aims to close the cultural gap by promoting the best use of the of talent and capital with the communities.
